We are first cousins, born and raised in Solano County. We come from a very large Hispanic family that established roots in the city of Vacaville. We are very social and enjoy working with people. Over the years, we found a passion for event planning-specifically weddings. We noticed the new trend of converting horse trailers into travel bars, so we decided to start the journey together!

We started with our vision and ran with it. First was the name! As our family is deeply rooted in the city of Vacaville, we wanted to play a spin off of the cow-town we were raised in. Fun fact, Galloway is a type of cow.

We started renovating the trailer in April of 2022. Collectively after many months of mistakes, sweat, and a few tears, we finished the renovation. However, we are always striving for improvement and learning as we go.

We have many years of experience in hospitality and customer service, and we were eager to begin working events. While our trailer, Andi, is fun to show, the bartending is where we have all of our fun. We enjoy sharing our family dynamic with all of our clients and we hope to bring a little piece of hometown to your event.
