Where are you located? What areas do you serve?

We are based out of Vacaville, California. The primary regions that we serve include Solano County, Sacramento, Sonoma County, and Napa County. However, we are open to traveling for events outside of these regions – let’s connect!

Do you provide the alcohol?

Our packages do not include purchase of alcohol. Alcohol will need to be purchased by you from a separate vendor. Our team will help create a list of what you need/how much you need based off of your drink choices and guest count.

Do you provide the bartenders?

Yes, our team will provide the appropriate amount of bartenders needed for each event.

What types of events are you able to serve?

Our team serves a variety of events: weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, fundraisers, etc.

What is the process to reserve a date?

Please use our contact page to email us! If your date is available, we will set up a meeting to discuss the details of your event and what package would work best or create a custom package for your event.

Can we add decorations to the trailer?

Yes, decorations are welcome to be added to our bar to fit the aesthetic of your event.

Can you serve beer out of kegs?

Yes, our bar is equipped with two keg taps. Kegs will be kept on ice (provided by us) for the duration of your event to keep your beer chilled. Our bar has space for any two keg sizes.

Is electricity required?

Yes, we have a 100 ft extension cord to assist with the distance of the trailer from power to assist with lighting and needed appliances in the trailer.

Are you licensed and insured?

The Galloway22 is licensed as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and we are insured. *However, some venues require clients to purchase additional insurance if alcohol is served. All of our bartenders are also certified alcohol handlers.

Can the trailer be rented without the bartending service?

Unfortunately, we are a package deal if you are looking for service. However, you are able to rent the trailer for any photo shoots, filming, etc.
